flashplugin-nonfree and libflashsupport on desktop installs

as i mentioned on IRC, libflashsupport is needed for pulseaudio network
connections, flash on ltsp clients doesnt work without it installed due
to a bug in flash (doesnt close its alsa sockets properly if network is
involved)
i never tried or used it on non networked installs before hardy but must
admit that it works fine here even in a normal desktop install...
if it comes in your way and others can reproduce we should probably not
depend on it but recommend or suggest it.
the bug it works around is http://www.pulseaudio.org/ticket/43 btw ...
