Subject: [Bug 237114] [NEW] Confusing desktop system requirements
To: matthew.east at gmail.com

Public bug reported:

On http://www.ubuntu.com/products/WhatIsUbuntu/desktopedition , there is
a part at the bottom which says:

"At least 256 MB of RAM is required to run the desktop install CD.
Install requires at least 4 GB of disk space."

But on https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/SystemRequirements
, recommended minimum requirements of 8.04 are 384 MB of RAM and 8 GB of
disk space.

** Affects: ubuntu-website
    Importance: Undecided
        Status: New
