In the interim, I believe this has been worked out. The Falcon programming
language package was renamed falconpl both here and in the Debian ITP. I own
the Debian ITP for Dennis' Falcon and am working with Brandon Holtsclaw
(imbrandon) (who uploaded it to Ubuntu) to update and test the package with a
renamed file in /usr/bin to avoid namespace collision there. It's largely
the documentation patch that's stopped this getting uploaded for the moment.
