Wiki Kernel DKMS Packaging Guide

As a result of the learning-curve I've experienced figuring out the best
way to package a kernel module with DKMS I've written a comprehensive
step-by-step how-to guide with a practical walk-through from building
two different kernel module packages.

It is probably of most benefit to packagers who want to get to grips
with DKMS on Ubuntu quickly, or kernel hackers (like me) who want
maintain a library of 'debug' modules that can be quickly installed from
a PPA by end-users with a problem to report specialised information
without the usual launchpad ping-pong that bug-fixing entails.

It includes an optimised Ubuntu package template set and a helper script
called "dkms_preprocess" which is a DKMS-style dh_make.

I'd welcome feedback on its usefulness and suggestions on where abouts
in the Wiki it should be linked from to ensure the people that need it,
find it.
