Gusty keyboard layouts missing/out of date

Hi,

There's a few of keyboard layouts that are either missing or out of
date in Gusty.
It would be nice to have them include in Gusty so people can use them
without having to manually copying the files or modifiying a few
files.
The Guinean keyboard layout that allows to input N'Ko (script recently
now useable with Pango and DejaVu Fonts) is missing. That's
/usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/gn.
The Congolese (DRC) layout is out of date, that's /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/cd.
