      * rename it https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PatchTaggingGuidelines
      * add a CategoryUbuntuDevelopment at the end of the page
      * link it from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/FAQ
      * link it from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment
      * link it from
        https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/CodeReviews

for maximum exposure. :-)
