Launchpad downtime 02.00 UTC 22nd November 2007

On Thursday 22nd November we're going to release Launchpad 1.1.11.
This roll-out will take longer than usual and we anticipate that
Launchpad will be unavailable between 02.00 UTC and approximately
05.30 UTC.
