LTSP branch changes

hi,

with gutsy the ltsp development will switch to a team maintained
upstream branch, the old ltsp-mainline branch we used is obsoleted now
and all upstream development will go on in [1].

distro specific development will be as usual be done in a separate
ltsp-$release branch [2] but with the difference that its owned by
ubuntu-core-dev from now on so everybody in the core team can submit
code to it directly.

so in case you want to do upstream development for ltsp, please use [1]
and contact one of the ltsp-drivers [3] teammembers (who owns the
upstream branch now) to get your code branches committed, if you want to
do gutsy specific development and are not in the core-dev team, please
contact me.
