Nvidia-glx upgrade will "break" sytems on feisty upgrades

One thing missing from the argument is that nvidia-legacy supports these
cards, just not with composite features. So the loss is not as
incredible as it sounds. Granted, we'll likely include 9631 in feisty,
but we'll have to evaluate what to do for feisty+1 at UDS.
