Ubuntu Studio built by Canonical using Universe.

Thanks Pete Savage for the unmet main deps list.

IMHO it's not that the software of ubuntu studio is in bad shape. It's
that most of them don't "fit" on main.

I agree with Matt Zimmerman. Neither Canonical nor Ubuntu Studio need
to change their policies. I understand the need for a universe
excluding standard build, and the safety it brings.

I see having an alternate build for Ubuntu Studio the cleanest
solution. This will not only help both sides maintain policies, but
will help third derivative projects that may come in the future. I
sincerely believe we should be looking at this problem in a broader
time spectrum and not as a specific and only once ever as it seams.
Ubuntu Studio might want to ship new packages in the future, stop
shipping old packages, or new projects with the same problem may rise
in the Ubuntu world.
