Tracking Herd 3 test results in Malone -- Instructions

Hi,

In an attempt to streamline the tracking of ISO test results in the 
pre-release crunch we have agreed on a simple tracker scheme using 
Malone. We will not be using the Testing/Current wiki pages nor the 
forum threads (started with Herd 2).
