Inclusion of Ice* packages?

in a long thread about the Mozilla trademarks.

For Feisty particularly, the first step is to repackage Firefox using the
upstream tarball, rather than the repackaged version from Debian, and clean
up the associated patches in the process (many of which ought to go
upstream).
