I think this is a great idea, but one suggestion would be to choose a
name which is extremely memorable, obvious, and easy to spell, so that
it'll become second nature for users. Like even just 'bugreport' might
be good as the command name. Think about explaining this command to
your mother over the phone - the less you have to spell out, the easier
it'll be for everyone's patience. ;-)
