Transition to Ubuntu specific Maintainer: fields

For this very reason I did not pick the existing teams. Maybe the
accounts can be merged in a way that makes the mailing lists a valid,
but not the prefered email address, to suppress the accept/-changes
mails?

OTOH, this does not hurt very much, except for the wrong link, right?
It didn't work much better before either while it pointed to the
Debian maintainer.
