I think there are also a few user interface regressions, and changes in behaviour relative to metacity.

personally i find this one annoying
compiz eats mouse clicks at the border of the screen

looking through launchpad there are more, for example

compiz doesn't "talk" when switching windows

maybe a list differences could be made.
