Bug #56971: The whole of KDE should be included in the Kubuntu DVD

At https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionQueue I am told that I should 
hold discussion on this list first. So I start this discussion. As I have 
adequately and in quite much detail expressed my ideas at that bug report, I 
do not repeat it here on the list, but request the interested developers to 
look at the bug report itself.

I do strongly feel that what is requested in this bug report should be 
implemented, and I am sure that many others do so too.

Please tell me what's next.
