Top Panel Problem

Hi,

	To begin, Yes, this ain't a help/support ML and problems are not
covered, OK. But, here is a problem that I have seen in every single
Edgy install.

I move from latest Dapper to Edgy, I have tested this on several laptops
and on different opportunity's. Basically, the top Panel will be used by
every single application that I open but the nautilius ones. amsn,
evolution, firefox, etc. Therefore, sometimes I can't even see
Applications, the clock or even the panel. Alt+f2 won't work either.

I hope I won't make noise with this email. And thanks for looking at a
problem that I have seen this much.
