ptrace problem on Ubuntu Sparc

  I found that ptrace(PTRACE_GETREGS) effectively doesn't work with 
threaded programs on Ubuntu Sparc (same test works fine on x86, amd64). 
Attached program shows that.
  At least errno shows that it couldn't find tid, what's especially 
strange considering it could attach to tid successfully.

  To me looks like kernel bug.
