webcam, video0

[Morphex]

Hi all!

I am interested in webcam programming, but I have no idea where to start
learning about it.
I typed `cat /dev/video0` while my logitech quickcam was connected, and
I got a stream of data I don't know what to do with. Maybe I should know
the file format of this video stream.

I also downloaded the source code of the great program called streamer,
but I could not find a proper development documentation so I can
understand the code.
