Why no reply-to header?

Seriously, this has been hashed to death.  There is a reason you have a 
reply to all button, use it.  Only use the reply button if you want to 
take the discussion off list.  And there's no need to remove anyone from 
the Cc list.  If they have posted to the thread, they are probably 
interested in further replies, and having them in their inbox tends to 
get better attention.

If you search the archives for any of the dozens of other threads on 
this subject, there are plenty of references you can read on why 
reply-to is bad.
