Why no reply-to header?

I noticed that the ubuntu-devel list has no reply-to header that points
to the list. Why is this? We had this discussion on ubuntu-l10n-eng, and
decided that for ease of use, there should indeed be that header. It
makes everyone's lives easier, not having to click reply to all and then
filter out the unwanted addresses so that some don't receive two copies
of the message. Surely a reply-to would make sense?
