No, he doesn't. Nobody is complaining that edgy is imperfect right now. 
The point made is that it would be good to fix one imperfection before 
releasing it.

If including network-manager on the install-cd makes 6.10 more usable, 
it's a reasonable proposal.

Andreas Schildbach deserves a more serious response.
