Regarding the XDG freedesktop standard in desktop files, why can't
they implement a way to choose between Name=, GenericName= and both?

Name= should be Name=Firefox,
and GenericName= should be GenericName=Web Browser,
not the current "Name=Firefox Web Browser"

In Fedora, they hardcoded everything in the .desktop's Name= entry, I
think it's
currently their solution, but doing it is so very dumb? Can't we just
insert some commands
to choose whether we use the GenericName, Name, or both entry?
