a11y in Feisty testing by default

In that example you have someone reporting a bug, not knowing that it 
was AT-SPI related. He had just turned it on by accident. I can see how 
you would get many more of these if it was on by default :( The solution 
for this user was to switch off AT-SPI, but of course that does not fix 
the bug :)

I guess what we really need is an a11y bug-squad that could test for, 
triage and ideally fix a11y bugs. I can try to round up such a team, 
though how much actual fixing they will be able to do depends on the 
technical skills of those who join. I guess well-informed and 
well-triaged bug reports are better than random ones though.
