hoping for suspend2 sup0port in feisty

Hi,

I know this has been revisited numerous times in the past, but I am
hoping to get some measure of support for suspend2 in feisty.  I wrote a
spec suggesting that kernel images be placed in universe along with a
metapackage for suspend2 support in acpi etc.  It's here:

I'd very much like to hear what folks think of this, and also what I
might do to help push it along.
