will do.  Right now I have a local git branch that merges the ubuntu and
suspend2 trees; yesterday the merge applied without any issues but I'm
having some trouble building with make-kpkg and will explore the
appropriate packaging strategy once I know that the suspend2 kernels I
build both build and work (at least on my system).  It would be nice as
well if there were some instructions on how to build
linux-restricted-modules for such kernels; haven't been able to find
those anywhere.
