Suggestion for Ubuntu

Maybe something like 

i.e: apt:// PACKAGE @ REPOSITORY & version=feisty & section=main

If this becomes possible. I strongly suggest to enforce the notion of
trust. Inform the user that he must be totally sure, educate the user
about non-trusted repositories and possible breakage. This must be done
right if done at all.
