After a quick search on Sorceforge I came up with nothing for psydm
(google blanked for me as well).  However I did find reference to PyGTK
at http://sourceforge.net/projects/pysdm/ and surprisingly the
referenced http address on Sorceforge shows pysdm.  It it listed as
having a GPL license.
