Upon further digging, the video codec, VP3 seems to be very similar to
Theora (see http://www.theora.org/theorafaq.html#20) so you shouldn't
need w32codecs...

I dunno why you're having trouble with it then ^_^;

The tests I ran were in Dapper, BTW...
