update broke wireless

Has anybody noticed any problems with a recent update breaking the 
wireless connection?  I have a Ranlink adapter is a Winbook A710 and I 
was connected to a DLink DI-614+.  I ran an update through the wireless 
connection and after it was complete I could no longer connect to this 
router.  I have not had a chance to test on other routers, but I will 
try to connect to a Linksys G next week.
