Absolutely not in Dapper; this change would have knock-on effects in the
installer that are an unacceptable risk at this point (we are releasing
the release candidate *tomorrow*). It's not impossible to rename it in
Edgy, although it's a somewhat delicate change that would need to be
handled carefully in order to ensure smooth upgrades.
