Yep. This is very cool actually. I already did that for NexentaOS and
upcoming Alpha5 will be shipped with JRE 1.5 preinstalled with all
plugins/mimes settings properly set.

btw, we have Alpha5-pre3 ISO available for developers. If someone
interested to hack onit, send me an e-mail and I provide ISO link. It is
based on Dapper Drake + ~7000 packages available in our current APT
repository.
