Usplash central wikipage for propositions

Hello again. I've made that page I talked about earlier.

Please list your propositions in case you have any. This will help us 
figure out what to do without getting lost in the multitude of pages. 
Also, it would be great if you could write a summary of why you think 
your proposition is better than the current usplash from a designer's 
and user's point of view.

Feedback is also appreciated.

I think we should vote for which of the propositions we should start 
making for Edgy once we have a reasonable few on that page.
