Reducing the amount of NEEDINFO bugs

Per fabbiones request, I changed it to make a separate attachment for
each item in a recipe. I also added/improved some recipes. Bug 41075
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+bug/41075 features both old and
new output formats.

Please test, especially the X recipe needs some testing. When testing,
either use bogus as bugnumber or use blousey -n to avoid cluttering
other bugreports.
