new xkeyboard-config 0.8 testing

Hi,

A package of xkeyboard-config 0.8 has just been uploaded to dapper. It's
supposed to fix the issues that many people were having with the GNOME
keyboard selector and the panel keyboard applet (switching between
different keymaps, gnome-settings-daemon crashing and changing the GTK
theme, using grp:alts_toggle option, ...).

If you notice any regression after the upgrade please let we know. 
If that fixes the keyboard issues you had feel free to comment on
