I'll admit that this one caught me when installing for the first time in
a long time (hence forgetting that the installer did this) on my
girlfriend's computer, whose case has a front door.  The CD tried to pop
out, the drive motor did a bit of grinding because it couldn't open
itself, and my heart skipped a beat as it generally does when hardware
makes Really Bad Noises.
