Launchpad downtime Monday 03:00 UTC

[Stuart Bishop]

Launchpad and related systems will be down on Monday from 03:00 UTC for up
to 3 hours. This is to upgrade the databases from PostgreSQL 8.0 to
PostgreSQL 8.1.

During this period the Launchpad and Ubuntu wikis will be in read only mode.
