Dapper Bug 34946 error in laptop_mode script

Dear list,

In line 606 of the /usr/sbin/laptop_mode script is an error.

This causes scaling governors set in /etc/laptop-mode/laptop-mode.conf not
to be set by the script switching from battery to AC or back.

If CONTROL_CPU_FREQUENCY=1 in laptop-mode.conf an error occures during
manual restart of laptop-mode.

I don't know if it was worth to file a bug, maybe writing on the list is
enough but I was unsure of what to do.
