Gnome Screensaver issues?

not true, there are about 5-10 different methods for every single
screensaver, depending on the apps that calls the method, the smartness

it needs to be done in a spec on freedesktop imho to justify the same
behavior for all screensaver implementations, then you only need to call
one method and have a guarantee that even a new implementation will
work.

just for your information, i have currently 3 bugs open about apps that
start the screensaver unwanted which i plan to fix durnig the next week,
as long as i dont see concrete bugs i miss seeing the urgency of this
request at all...

so please, please, please file bugs :)
