There is no such list because it keeps changing, and not only changes in
SCIM, but also changes in the external libraries they link to
(especially libm17n). And not all scim modules are packaged, either. I
suppose we can compose such a language list at every release, but it
would be quite some work. There is a list of supported modules, both in
the Sugguests packages by scim, as well as the documentation of scim
package (see below).

I can't open the link above so I don't know what's in it now. However I
do put great efforts on writing documentations for scim. There is a man
page scim(1) which is quite in detail and has all the pointers to other
documentations in /usr/share/doc/scim/ (installed by the scim package),
and I tried very hard to keep the information there updated with the
package, as well as the /usr/share/doc/scim/NEWS.Debian.gz file to
notify user about any big changes. In my opinion documentation along
with the package is better than external pages, but of course more
documentation usually won't hurt. If you have any ideas on how to get
these in-package documentation more visible to users, I would be eager
to hear them.
