1. Because it's been discussed before.
2. Because the development list needs to be focused on solutions, for
dapper particularly.

The development team are extremely busy right now trying to ensure that
dapper is a good distribution. The level of noise on this list has meant
that some developers don't even have time to read it: this is not in
anyone's interest, including those who create the noise.
So please, if you have potential solutions or ideas for dapper+1, make a
specification on the wiki, discuss with whoever is interested, but make
an effort to keep this list efficient!
