AFAIK it is currently not planed, but I would really like to see that,
too. There is also a spec[1] (currently Braindump) that basically says
"Include Tracker and integrate it well in the Desktop".
Personally I think if beagle (needing mono and being a bit bloat) can be
included in ubuntu archives Tracker can definitely be included too.
