How to tell whether a package is part of "Server" or "Desktop"

Thanks for the reply. But I'm not familiar with Bazaar or really
Launchpad, and was unable to find the information you pointed me to:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/
ubuntu.dapper/ is an empty directory.
Removing parts of the path to see if I get anything sensible,
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds
gets me not found, as does
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-dev/
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/
redirects me to https://launchpad.net/
Search through mailing list archives got me here:
https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel-announce/2006-June/
000149.html
But going to the list of packages maintained in bzr:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BzrMaintainedPackages
I see that there are only five.
What's going on?
To recap for people new to the thread, I'm looking for a way to
determine whether a package in Dapper will be supported for three
years (desktop) or five years (server).
