Installing a compiler by default

I add my vote for this.

For those who neither need it nor know what it is for, a compiler won't be
visible anyway. For those who do need it, and for those trying to help
them, its presence will save a lot of confusion.

Some of us are tired of constantly having to tell people

"You need to install "build-essential" and "linux-headers-$(uname -r) "

So yes, please, put it in! It's about time...
