Load monitor.

I have a suggestion for the load monitor. Currently when one mouse overs
the applet is displays percentage of CPU usage.  It would be very cool
if it also could be configured to display the top 1,2 or 3 apps in the
tooltip that are using the cpu.  Now when one sees the cpu at 100% they
could quickly get an idea of which app it was.  This would help in the
decision to leave it be or kill it.
