how to get fixed packages into dapper (universe)?

Hi,

openct has two bugs in the dapper package,
and it is quite trivial to fix both.

I reported the bugs, I think both have enough
info to simply fix them. So all that is needed
is someone to apply the changes, trigger the
compile and push it into dapper-updates.

but I'm not to ubuntu, so I have no idea who to
talk to. can anyone help me?
