minimal ubuntu for stick usb --

Hello list,

i hope to be in the right room to post my question's: if not delete this 
mail.
I would like to install a minimal chunk files Ubuntu inside my stick 
usb, or into a general support usb. Ehm ehm..the major problem is that i 
used PPC Apple filesystem. Please does anyone here can support me 
(documentation, link ecc) as start this, if possible??
