disable low-disk space warnings/notifications?

This was a new upstream feature of g-v-m, I didn't change it so far.
But I agree that it can become annoying, and the metrics are not
really optimal. I will talk to upstream about it.

If the general opinion is to disable it at all, that's fine for me,
too.
