update-manager for AMD64

I've been running dapper on my amd64 box since a few weeks ago and
everything works quite well (of course it is still under heavy
development : if you need a very stable system I suggest you stick to
breezy and wait until April). update-manager works fine as well, but
AFAIK it only performs upgrades (not dist-upgrades) : you'll need
synaptic for this, or just a manual "apt-get update && apt-get
dist-upgrade".
