Non-free drivers (Re: Invitation to ubuntu developers)

Just for example, because I install a lot of ubuntu on newbies computers 
I create myself a local apt set of DVDs (4) including all repos 
(including plf non-free and proprietary stuff like googleearth, skype 
and picasa + special iconset+ vmware) to enable working ubuntu out of 
the box.
I can send a copy if someone can host them on a repo because the isos 
are too large to upload.
So I can install a full distro without internet connection.

Just for information and ubuntu activism ;-)
